摘  要:本研究选用单光子吸收法测定了136名女性、118名男性而年龄在25~35岁的正常人前臂骨骨密度,计算出骨密度与身高、体重和体表面积的比值,并探讨了骨密度与身高、体重和体表面积的相关关系。结果显示男性峰值骨量明显高于女性,而男性峰值骨量与体重、体表面积比值则与女性无差异,其与身高比值则与女性间仍有差异;男、女峰值骨量与体重均存在线性相关关系,而与身高及体表面积则无线性相关。因此认为,男、女间体重、身高的差异决定了峰值骨量间的性别差异,且体重对峰值骨量影响较大。Bone mineral desity (BMD) of forearm in 136 females and 118 males aged between 25-35 were measured by SPA and the ratios of BMD to weight,height and body surface were calculated. We also studied the relations between BMD and weight,height and body surface. The results show that the peak bone mass of males is much higher than that of females,but the differences of BMD/weight and BMD/body surface between the two sexes are not statistically significant and only BMD/height ratio remains different. There are line relations only between peak bone mass and weight. It is concluded that sex differences in peak bone mass are largely attributable to differences in weight and height. And body weight has much effect on peak bone mass.
