助镀剂在热浸镀工艺中的应用

摘　　要：铝锌合金热浸镀层是近几十年来发展非常迅速的防护镀层。但助镀剂的好坏直接影响Al-Zn合金镀层的耐蚀性。本文介绍了一种新型电解活化助镀剂 ,其最佳组成为 10 %～ 45 %ZnCl2 ,5 %～ 2 5 %NH4 Cl,0 .5 %SnCl2 ,其余为水。应用试验与用户使用证明 ,该助镀剂热稳定性好 ,有较强的缓蚀作用 ,且能节省能源 。Al-Zn alloy hot-dip coating is a kind of protective coating developed rapidly in the past decades of years. Coating auxiliary influences the anticorrosion of Al-Zn alloy coating directly. A new kind of electrolytic active coating auxiliary composed of 10%～45% ZnCl 2,5%～25%NH 4Cl,0.5% SnCl 2 and water.It has been proved that the auxiliary has better heat-stability and anticorrosion with lower cost by the experiment and application.
