摘　　要：本文在光敏Z-元件特性分析的基础上,结合应用与开发实践,重点介绍了低漂移、低功耗和高灵敏度一系列三端(或一线)式光电开关的设计与应用实例。本文可供广大使用光敏Z-元件的用户进行参考。In this paper,by analysis of the characteristics of light-sensitive Z-element and a lot of examples of developing and applications,the photoelectric switch with low temperature shift,low power consumption and high light-sensitivity are introduced. This paper also can be a reference to user and readers in this field。
