摘 要:采用提拉法生长出了Yb∶NaY(WO4 ) 2 晶体 ,给出了晶体生长的最佳工艺参数 :拉速 0 .5~ 4mm/h ,转速 3 0~ 40r/min ,冷却速率 18℃ /h。由TGDTA分析得到晶体的熔点为 12 0 9℃。测试了该晶体的Raman光谱、吸收光谱和荧光光谱 ,计算了吸收光谱和荧光光谱中的有关参数。结果表明 :该晶体发射波长为 10 10nm ,在 848,968nm附近有较强、较宽的吸收峰 。Yb:NaY(WO4)2 were grown by the Czochralski method. The optimum parameters for crystal growth are described as the pulling speed 0.5-4 mm/h, the rotation rate 30-40 r/min, the cooling speed 18°C/h. The melting point of the crystal of 1209°C was obtained by the differential thermal analysis. The Raman spectrum, absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum properties of Yb:NaY(WO4)2 crystal were characterized. The wavelength of the peaks of absorption and photoluminescence, including the peak cross sections of radiation transitions, were determined. The peaks at 848, 968 nm were found from the absorption spectrum, and the emitting wavelength were at 1010 nm. The crystal synthesized are suitable for LD pump.
