摘 要:采用自蔓延高温合成 (self propagatinghigh temperaturesynthesis ,SHS)技术制备了ZrB2 陶瓷粉末 ,研究了ZrB体系中Zr粉粒度对SHS反应的影响规律。采用XRD分析粉末的相组成 ,用SEM观察粉末的显微结构。研究结果表明 :Zr粉粒度各为 15 0 ,5 0 ,3 8μm的体系SHS产物均为单相的ZrB2 粉末 ,粒度为 5 0 μm的Zr粉体系SHS产物中ZrB2 含量为 98.95 % ;3 8μm和 5 0 μmZr粉体系燃烧速率分别为最大和最小 ;15 0 μm和5 0 μmZr粉体系燃烧温度分别是最高和最低。SEM分析表明 :SHS产物颗粒基本上为圆形或椭圆形的晶粒 ,颗粒尺寸也比较均匀 ,粒径大约在1~ 5ZrB2 ceramics powder was prepared in Zr-B system by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) technique, and the effect of particle size of Zr powder on the SHS reaction in Zr-B system was studied. The phase constituent of SHS product was investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis, and the microstructure analysis was carried out by SEM. The results show that the SHS product of Zr-B system is the ZrB2 powder with single phase when the particle size of Zr powder is 150, 50 or 38 μm. And the ZrB2 mass fraction is up to 98.95% in SHS product of Zr powder in size of 50 μm. The combustion speed of 38 μm and 50 μm Zr powder is the highest and the slowest respectively, while the combustion temperature of 150 μm and 50 μm Zr powder is the highest and the lowest respectively. SEM analysis indicates that the particles of the SHS product are basically in rounded or oval shapes and the particle sizes are about 1-5 μm.
