摘　　要：对近年来尤其是 2 0 0 3年国际以及国内聚氯乙烯 (PVC)工业的产能和市场现状进行了分析 ,并对未来几年内全球以及国内的PVC市场前景进行了预测。近年来全球PVC市场供求格局变化不大 ,生产和需求均呈现稳步增长趋势 ,其中亚太地区增势显著。中国成为PVC生产和消费大国。随着需求的进一步增大 ,以及反倾销政策的实施 ,我国PVC工业呈现良好的发展势头 ,产能也将在近几年内大幅度提高。The production capacity and demand of PVC around the world,especially in China,were analyzed.The future of the PVC market in the world was forecasted.In recent years,the situation of supply and demand of the global market of PVC changed little.Both the production and demand exhibited stable growth trend,especially in the Asia-Pacific area.China has become a big country of production and consumption of PVC.The PVC industry in China has been developimg well thanks to the increasing demand and the execution of anti-damping policies.The production capacities will be expanded largely in the upcoming years.At the same time,the PVC industry will make profit,but also will face the cruel competition.
