培哚普利治疗老年组原发性高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：40例轻中度老年组原发性高血压患者予培哚普利(Perindopril)治疗共8周,观察随诊血压(Casual blood pressure CBP)及24小时动态血压监测(Ambulatory blood pressure mornitorABPM),结果显示,治疗4周、8周降压有效率分别为50%及62.5%,24小时动态血压曲线8周时呈明显下降,除咳嗽外未发现其它严重副反应,认为培哚普利是安全有效的降压药物.Peridopril was used in the treatment of 40 patients with aged primary hypertension for 8 weeks, with the observation of Casual blood pressure (CBP) and Ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM). Results showed that effective rates for 4 - week treatment and 8 - week treatment were 50% and 62. 5%, respectively. ABPM also showed a decline curve in blood pressure after 8 weeks' treatment. No other sideeffects showed expect cough. We think Perindopril is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertension
