摘　　要：兰州石化公司石油化工研究院采用过氧化物微交联技术开发出加工性能良好的LLDPE滴灌管专用树脂料BD20030BA系列。介绍了该专用料的工业生产过程,并对其和几种国内外同类先进产品的结构性能进行了分析表征,结果表明,该树脂相对分子质量分布在4.5～5.0,断裂伸长率为800%～860%,加工流动性较好,综合性能与先进产品接近。Using the technology of peroxide tiny crosslinking,BD20030BA series resins were synthesized.The process and the operating condition were introduced.Several products made in home and abroad using as pipe material for dripping irrigation were analysed and compared.The results showed that BD20030BA had good comprehensive properties.
