双复140型定向射孔器的研制及其在郑科平1井的应用

摘　　要：介绍了胜利油田郑科平 1井的地质概况、所属区块的油藏特征以及对射孔施工的要求。对射孔枪的材质、定向方式、射孔弹结构、药量 ,射孔弹的布孔方式等进行理论分析和现场试验 ,从而研制出了双复 14 0型定向射孔器 ,并对其设计思路、设计难点、现场试验结果作了详细介绍 ,在郑科平 1井的应用中达到应有的效果。Introduces the geological characteristics of Zhengkeping well-1, the reservoir features of this block, and requirements of perforating operations.Detailes design thought, key to designs and in-situ t esting data of the 140 mm oriented hybrid enhanced perforator. Analyses in theo ry the perforating gun materials, orientation patterns, configurations and dis tributions of the perforating charges, and explosive load, etc.Gives applicat ions of the perforator in Zhengkeping well-1.
