摘　　要：对宝钢 1 5 5 0mm冷轧厂热镀锌机组 (CGL)生产的热镀锌 (GI)及合金化热镀锌 (GA)钢板 ,测定了两种产品稳定期间锌锅中锌、铁、铝的输入和输出的物质平衡状态下 ,在锌锅中各个垂直和水平方向上的温度和成分分布 ,并用金相和物理测试手段对锌渣的种类、分布和大小进行了分析 ,从而直观地描述了宝钢 1 5 5 0mm冷轧厂锌锅正常生产时的运行状态 ,有利于理解锌锅的冶金行为并优化控制锌锅的物质平衡。On the basis of the two products:galvanized products (GI) and galvannealed products (GA) produced on Baosteel 1550CGL production line,under the mass balance of Zn,Fe and Al in zinc-bath,the temperature distribution and composition variation of zinc liquid along both the vertical direction and horizontal direction are measured.The type,morphology and dimension of the bath zinc dross are further studied by means of metallographic and physical measurements respectively.This reveals the current zinc-bath operating condition of Baosteel 1550CGL production line.It will be helpful to understand the metallurgical behavior of the zinc-bath,and to optimize its mass balance.
