论斜轧延伸轧管工艺的发展

摘　　要：文章阐述了斜轧延伸轧管工艺在近 2 0年内的发展 ,指出 :穿轧合一的三辊轧管机的再度出现 ,值得注视。行星轧管机继PSW轧机之后又将出现KRM四辊行星轧管机 ,这是斜轧延伸轧管技术发展的一个新动向。惟Accu -Roll轧管工艺没有多大发展 ,在实际应用中出现了降低延伸系数 ,进一步利用其扩径作用的做法。Development of the cross-rolling mill as an elongator in the last 20 years has been illustrated in this paper.It has been pointed out that the reemergence of the 3-roll-combined mill as well as the emergence of the KRM planetary mill as a successor to the PSW tube rolling mill is deserving of attention.On the other hand,the Accu-Roll mill has made little progress.There are some other ways,such as lowering the elongation ratio,making further use of expanding diameter action,etc.in its application.It is hard to make a conclusion on development of this process.
