摘　　要：本文在论述了农业结构调整与耕地保护关系的基础上，分析了结构调整中耕地保护所面临的问题，提出了耕地保护的对策。On the basis of discussion of relationship between the adjustment of agricultural production structure and cultivated land protection, this paper analyzed the problems that Chinese cultivated land faced with and put forward some measures for cultivated land protection in order to promote the adjustment of agricultural production structure.
