安徽省农村剩余劳动力转化出路分析

摘　　要：本文从安徽农村剩余劳动力资源状况入手提出了农村剩余劳动力的转化是全省就业战略的核心观点认为现阶段须采取城乡综合就业战略并提出一些具有可行性的措施。Based on the analysis of the resource s of surplus labour force in the count ryside of Anhui Province,the authors in the article suggest that the transfe rence of surplus labour force in the c ountryside should be key to the probl em of un-employment in Anhui Province with both urban and rural areas considered a s a whole and they provide some feasib le measures in solving the problem.
