当前农村工作中应予关注并解决的几个问题——当涂农村调查归来的思考

摘　　要：本文根据在当涂县农村实地调查所得材料,就当前农业结构调整、抛荒田、农民减负增收、乡镇和村两级组织负债、乡镇企业改制以及农村基层组织建设等问题作了分析,并提出相应的解决办法。文中所列问题虽发生在个别县域内,但具有一定普遍性,值得关注。有关方面应本着实事求是的态度予以解决。Theauthors made a down -to -earth investigation in the countryside in Dangtu County and found some problems:1)the ill -adjustment of agricultural economic structure;2)a lot of fields abandoned;3)the contradiction between the increase of peasants' incomes and the decrease of their economic burdens;4)the administrative village and township burdened with debts;5)the contradiction between rural enterprise reforms and the construction of Party organizations.After a reasonable analysis the paper presents some solutions to the problems.It holds that such problems are common in the rural areas in China.Therefore departments concerned should take a practical and realistic attitude towardthe solution of the problems.
