摘　　要：企业技术创新能力评价决策系统就是在对技术、产品、工艺、市场以及企业组织管理等方面大量数据分析的基础上,以定性分析与定量计算结合的分析方法,建立评价指标体系,从而对企业活动进行科学化、规范化地评价和预测,并为企业创新行为提供切实可行的方案选择。Based on the management and forecast by the scientific way on the aspects of the corporation's technique , product , skill , markets and organization, comprehensive evaluation decision system is established by use of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method. The information management system of the corporations technical innovation can evaluate and forecast trend of corporation's development , and provide the advisable schema selection for the innovation.
