摘　　要：目的 :建立杞菊地黄胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 :HPL C法测定杞菊地黄胶囊中的绿原酸含量。采用 RP-HPL C C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 - 0 .4 %磷酸 (10∶ 90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 7nm。结果 :在 0 .0 180 8～ 0 .180 8μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .99996 ,n=6 ) ,平均回收率为 97.6 9% ,RSD=0 .6 8% (n=5 )。结论 :该方法简便、准确灵敏度高 ,可用于杞菊地黄胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish the determination method for chlorogenic acid in Qijudihuan capsule.Methods:The content of chlorogenic acid in Qijudihuan capsule was determined by RP-HPLC. C 18 column was used with acetonitrle- 0.4 % phosphoric acid (10∶90) as the mobile phase and detected at the wavelength of 327 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.018 01～0.180 8 μg (r=0.999 96,n=6). The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 97.69%, RSD=0.68%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive. It can be used for the quality control of Qijudihuang capsule.
