摘　　要：文章认为 ,合伙独立民事主体的地位是由法律加以规定的。法人是完全可以成为合伙成员的。我国《合伙企业法》中应确立不容否认合伙制度。The article puts forward that the partnership as an independent civil subject is provided by law,the legal entity can be a member of partnership business.Therefore,Partnership Business Law of China shout set up this system.
