摘 要:IT信息技术的进步和电力市场的发展,加上几次大停电引起的震撼,使得传统的能量管理系统面临着诸多机遇和挑战,新一代的能量管理系统正在酝酿孵化之中。作者在回顾能量管理系统和电力信息技术发展的基础上,就新一代能量管理系统“新”在哪里、主要解决什么问题、当前的研发热点,实时分布系统采用集中式问题求解所遭遇到的难点,以及分布式问题求解的新途径,即Agent 在信息集成、自适应控制和电力市场仿真中的应用进行了分析和讨论。The advancement of information technology (IT), the development of electricity market and especially the shake caused by several serious blackouts make the traditional energy management system (EMS) face to face with various challenges and opportunities, thus a new generation of EMS is being researched and developed recently. On the basis of reviewing the development of EMS and that of IT for power engineering, following problems concerning the 'new' generation of EMS, such as which content in this kind of EMS could be regarded as 'new' one, what kind of problems should be mainly solved, what items being developed and researched would be the matters of common concern, the difficulties might be encountered during the solution of real-time distributed system by centralization methodology and what would be the new approach to distributed problem solving, i.e., the application of Agent in data integration, adaptive control and electricity market simulation, are analyzed and researched.
