摘　　要：计算机与外部设备之间有多种通讯方式,串口通讯是一种经济、实用的方式。本文以HP34401A数字万用表为例,详细介绍了VC++环境下利用WindowsAPI函数进行串口编程的方法。There are many different method to communicate between computer and peripheral equipment, serial communication is a economical and available method . In this paper a method using Windows API function to write program in VC++ is introduced in detail through the sample of HP34401A Multimeter.
