摘　　要：文章通过对数字档案馆概念的分析,提出了建设数字档案馆的必要性、基础和条件,并就如何建设数字档案馆进行了探讨.This paper puts up with the necessities , foundaments and conditions of the construction of the number file by analyzing the conception of the number file, and then discusses how to construct it.
