卷曲霉素联合化学药物治疗难治肺结核的分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨卷曲霉素联合化学药物治疗难治、复治肺结核的临床疗效。方法 :对我院近年来难治性肺结核、痰涂片阳性病人随机分为两组 (对照组和治疗组 )。对照组化疗方案相同 ,治疗组加用卷曲霉素 ,观察疗效。结果 :治疗组痰菌阴转率 80 .0 % ,对照组 6 5 .0 % ;耐多药结核治疗组痰菌阴转率 6 0 .1% ,对照组 16 .2 % ,差异很显著。结论 :卷曲霉素静脉给药联合化学药物对治疗耐多药、难治性肺结核有一定的疗效。Purpose to discuss the clinic c urative effect of curing difficult or repeated curing phthisic by capreomycin associated with chemical. M ethods to divide our hospital’s lunger of recent years who have difficul t and p ositive phlegm smear phthisic into two groups(check group and cure group) and pr ocess random analysis. Observe curative effect while we implement conventional c hemotherapy program to check group, at the same time, implement capreomycin to c ure group. Results cure group’s phlegm negative changing rate: 80.0 % vs chec k group 65.0 %;multi-drug resistance cure group:60.1 % VS check 16.2 %, the differ ence is very notable. Conclusion capreomycin of vein administrati on associated with chemical has definite curative effect to multi-drug resistance and difficul t curing phthisic.
