利用蛋壳制备铬锡红色料的研究

摘　　要：对蛋壳的组成及结构进行了研究,以蛋壳为引入碳酸钙的原料进行了铬锡红色料的制 备;实验采用传统烧结法,通过正交实验设计进行了配方的优化,用X ray衍射仪、DTA仪、色 度仪等对蛋壳及实验中的试样进行了分析。结果表明,利用蛋壳可以制备与商品化色料相媲 美的铬锡红色料。The composition and structure of the eggshell were investigated, the preparation of chrome-tin pink stains was studied by using eggshell, which used as the raw materials introducing the calcium carbonate. These stains were made by sintering method and their composition of stains was optimized by cross-experiment design methods. The characteristic of stains and eggshell was analyzed by using XRD, DTA, colour appearance techniques. The result indicates that the red stains of chrome-tin prepared in this article could be compare favorably with commercialized stains.
