摘　　要：在社会转型过程中,工人阶级内部出现了新的阶层分化,阶层之间的差别日益显著,这种差别不仅表现在职业和收入水平上,而且表现在从事经济活动的方式上。这种差别的扩大造成了工人阶级内部不同阶层之间矛盾的增加熏社会公平问题成为社会转型期的核心问题。During the process of social transformation,new stratums appear within the working class.Dif-ferences of the stratums become more and more remarkable.The differences appear not only in occupation and income,but also in their way of conducting economic activities.The enlarged differences make contradic-tions increased among the stratums.The question of social equity becomes the key in the process of social transformation.
