摘 要:通过国际竞争性招标,2002年西门子公司得到了中国南方电网公司的天生桥—广东500kV交流输变电天广平果站可控串补工程,负责其成套设备供货并监管设备安装及调试。经论证,该工程决定采用可控串补与固定串补相结合的方案,以较为经济的方式增加现有输电线路的容量,通过减小输电线路阻抗来提高2个强互联电网的稳定性。工程已于2003年11月投运。文中介绍了该可控串补工程一次系统的设计方案,并给出了固定补偿部分和可控补偿部分主设备的容量选择及额定参数。In the late summer of 2002 the Tian-Guang Series Compensation scheme located in Tianshengqiao-Guangdong550 kV ac-network has been ordered by State Power South Company and was designed by Siemens company for delivery,supervision of erection and commissioning. The power demand of the growing Chinese industries requires an economicalsolution for an increase of power transfer capability and stability with the existing lines. A combination of fixed and con-trolled series compensation has been found as the appropriate choice not only to enable the desired power increase, but alsoto stabilize the two interconnected strong networks by reducing the connecting line impedance. Both capacitors, located inthe two parallel lines, are operating since mid of November 2003. This paper will give an overview of the design philosophyof the compensation system and for the choice of the component rating for the fixed as well as the controllable segment ofthe series capacitor scheme.
