摘　　要：随着人们对抽油机减速器质量要求的不断提高 ,给减速器轴端密封提出了更高要求 ,文章通过介绍常用、新型的轴端密封结构形式 。At present,the reducer quality is highly requseted by the users;the requirement of sealing on axial end is also put forward.The paper introduces the conventional and new sealing structure and presents how to design and improve for such said sealing structure.
