摘  要:活性炭石英砂双层深床滤料浮滤池是一种采用气浮过滤一体化 ,活性炭石英砂双层深床过滤 ,常规处理和深度处理一体化的工艺 .该工艺处理高藻原水的结果显示 :出水藻总数为 4 30× 1 0 5个 /L ,总去除率为 95 1 % ;出水叶绿素 a为 0 88μg/L ,总去除率为 92 2 % ;出水浊度为 0 1 8NTU ;出水UV2 54为 0 0 1 6cm-1 ,总去除率为 5 4 3% ;出水耗氧量为 0 78mg/L ,总去除率为 6 3 6 % ,出水没有嗅味 ,色度为 3度 ,总去除率为 86 4 % .出水残留铝含量为 0 0 1 1mg/L ,满足饮用水水质标准 .过滤单元运行周期为 36h ,滤柱产水能力UFRV为 5 0 4m3 /m2 .GAC sand dual media deep bed dissolved air flotation/filtration (GSDDB DAFF) is a new integrated process, its characteristics include: integration of dissolved air flotation and filtration, GAC sand dual media deep bed filtration, integration of general treatment and advanced treatment. When algae laden raw water was treated with the new process. The result showed that removal percentage of algae was 95 1%, outlet algae count was 4 30×10 5 cell/L. Removal percentage of chlorophyll a was 92 2%, outlet chlorophyll a was 0 88μg/L. Outlet turbidity was 0 18NTU, removal percentage of UV 254 was 54 3%, outlet UV 254 was 0 016cm -1 , Removal percentage of OC was 63 6%, outlet OC was 0 78mg/L; outlet had no odor; removal percentage of color was 86 4%, outlet color was 3; outlet Al residual was 0 011mg/L which accorded with the quality standard of drinking water. Run time of filter was 36h, UFRV(Unit Filter Run Volume) was 504 m 3/m 2.
