摘　　要：【目的】探讨尿道内内镜冷刀切开治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的疗效。【方法】应用STORZ公司 2 1号镜鞘 ,放入冷刀工作件 ,插入尿道镜 ,冲液下观尿道 ,直至狭窄部。插入F3号或F4号输尿导管 ,进入膀胱 ,用冷刀行放射状切开。直至切到正常的后尿道粘膜进入膀胱。【结果】 4 3例应用冷刀切开 1～ 2次 ,术后 1w拔除导尿管 ,全部病例能自行排尿。【结论】用腔内泌尿外科内切镜治疗尿道狭窄 ,患者痛苦少 ,恢复快 ,是一种理想的手术方法。To evaluate the effect of interal urethrotomy with cold knife under urethrascope for urethrostenosis and urethratresia.Put cold knife parts into urethrascope scabbard number 21 prodoced by STORZ company,put it into urethrascope,flushing and obsserving,until the strictural place.Insert the ureteric catheter number F3 or F4 in to urocyst,cut the strictural part in radiation with cold knife until the normal posterior urethral membrane musoca and move forward the urethrascope scabbard into urocyst.43 patients were operated with cold knife once or twice and urethral catheter was taken away one week later,stisfactory voiding has been achieved in all patients.[Conclusion]Inter urethrotomy with cold knife is an effcient treatment for urerostenosis and uerthratresia,with this method the patent sufferl little and recover quickly.
