摘　　要：【目的】研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)患者心率变异性 (HRV)的变化 ,评估其自主神经功能。【方法】经夜间多导睡眠图 (PSG) 7h监测及动态心电图检查 ,选取重度OSAS患者及正常受试者各 2 0例 ,分为OSAS组及正常对照组。采用时域法和频域法分析HRV。【结果】OSAS组与对照组比较时域指标SDANN、SDNN、RMSSD显著增高 ,SDNN index则显著减低。频域指标VLF、LF、HF、LFnorm、HFnorm及LF/HF均较对照组显著增高。【结论】OSAS患者的HRV异常变化。交感神经及副交感神经活动均增强 ,以交感神经活动增强占优势。To investigate the relation of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) and autonomic nervous system of heart rate variability(HRV).Twenty patients with severe OSAS were recruited to undergo 7-hour polysomnography(PSG) and ECG monitoring in sleep lab,twenty age matched healthy were studied as control.Time domain and frequency domain alaysis of HRV were performed.HRV time domain indices including SDANN,SDNN,rMSSD in OSAS patients were significantly higher than those in the controls,SDNN index decreased remarkably.freguency do main indices including VLF,LF,HF,Lfnorm,Hfnorm and LF/HF increased significantly compared with the controls.[Conclusion]The sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve activity were enhanced,the former is prior to the latter.
