几种强化传热管的流阻和传热性能

摘　　要：对螺旋槽管、横纹管和 2种不同结构尺寸的缩放管进行了流阻和传热性能实验研究 ,得到了这 4种强化管的流阻和传热系数 ,并与光滑管进行了对比。通过综合评价 ,在实验范围内 ,其综合性能按优劣依次为螺旋槽管、横纹管、缩放管 1、缩放管 2。A series of experiments have been carried out to explore the heat transfer and flow resistance performances of four kinds of enhanced tubes such as spiral tube, traverse corrugated tube and 2convergent-divergent tubes.The results of flow resistance and heat transfer ofthese four kinds of enhanced tubes were compared with that of the smooth tube.After integral accessing,the order of the integral performances of these four tubes is spiral tube, traverse corrugated tube, No.1 convergent-divergent tubeand No.2 convergent-divergent tube.
