摘  要:目的:研究枕下海绵窦MRI、断面解剖及三维图像,为临床开展颅颈交界区手术及影像学诊断提供形态学依据。方法:应用MRI及中国数字化可视人体数据集,对枕下海绵窦及毗邻结构进行薄层断面解剖学研究,在SGI工作站上对其进行计算机三维重建。结果:枕下海绵窦在MRI和标本薄层断面中具有良好对应关系,二者各组数据测量值具有较好的一致性。计算机三维重建图像可提供三维立体视觉,显示复杂的空间结构。结论:MRI及中国数字化可视人体数据集能够提供完整而精确的断面数据,三维可视化图像可较好显示枕下海绵窦正常解剖结构及毗邻关系。Objective:To obtain the normai microanatomic information of the suboccipital cavernous sinus by using magnetic resonance imaging, thin-slice sectional anatomic techniques and 3D reconstruction modei and provide the morphological basis for clinical image diagnosis and skull base approaches. Methods: 140 healthy volunteers (70 males and 70 females, whose ages ranged from 3 to 89) were studied using a 1.0-tesla MR imaging system, underwent FLASH-3D gradient echo technique MR imaging. Each section was about 1 .0 mm in thickness. Meanwhile, the suboccipital cavernous sinus and their surrounding structures were multi-directionally reconstructed with MPR. The layers from 278 to 329 of Chinese visible human for the suboccipital cavernous sinus were chose and studied. On SGI workstation, a Contours + Marching Cubes algorithm was selected to reconstruct the suboccipital cavernous sinus and their related blood vessels in three-dimensions. The improved Medview 1.0 software was used to convert the mcb format of the 3-D data to STL format, then the STL file input into the rapid apparatus ZIPPY Ⅲ, the 3D stereo physical modei of the suboccipital cavernous sinus was built. Results: The thin-slice sectional anatomy of chinese visible human displayed the serial transversal, coronary and sagittal sectional anatomy of the suboccipital cavernous sinus and their related blood vessels, which provides basis of sectional anatomy for imaging study of the craniocervical junction region. We found a good correlation between sectional anatomic slices and MR images. On a SGI workstation, all reconstructed structures could be displayed singly in a small group of structures or as a whole and could be continuously rotated in 3D space at different velocities. Conclusions: In combination with slices and MR imaging offers a better understanding of the complex anatomy of the suboccipital cavernous sinus and its adjacent structures and provides valuable information to image diagnosis of the skull base diseases.
