雷公藤多苷联合甘利欣治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雷公藤多苷治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将24例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各12例。两组均给予甘利欣(甘草酸二铵注射液)150 mg静脉滴注,每日1次。治疗组同时应用雷公藤多苷60 mg/d,分3次口服。结果:治疗组治愈6例,显效3例;对照组治愈2例,显效2例。两组观察指标恢复正常时间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤多苷可有效地治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of multiglycosidorum Tripterygii in anaphylactoid purpura nephritis. Methods: Twenty four patients with anaphylactoid purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with multiglycosidorum Tripterygii and diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and the control group was treated only with intravenous administration of diammonium glycyrrhizinate. Results: In the treatment group, 6 cases were cured and 3 cases were effective. In the control group, 2 cases were cured and 2 cases were effective. There was a significant difference in the overall cure rates between the two groups(P < 0.05). As to treatment the duration between the two groups, the difference was also statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusions: Using multiglycosidorum Tripterygii can treat anaphylactoid purpura nephritis effectively.
