摘　　要：介绍了求解圆度误差的三点误差分离原理及其方程的推导和一种在Windows系统下的进行数据采集、数据分析的方法。并把这种方法与三点圆度误差分离原理相结合,运用于实际圆度误差检测系统中,解决了在DOS系统下进行圆度误差检测可视化性不好和操作不便的不足.The paper introduces the principle of three-point error separation about the round error and deduction of equation,and a method to gather and analyze data under the Windows System.Combine this method with the principle of three-point error separation and apply to the real system of the round error detecting and finally solve of poor visualization and inconvenient operation under the DOS system to detect the round error.
