摘　　要：主要论述了激光扫描测径仪在线检测系统的工作原理和总体结构设计,探讨了影响系统稳定性和精度的基本因素及解决方法。该系统具有检测速度快、精度高、非接触检测、闭环控制等特点,完全适用于回转体直径尺寸的在线检测和控制。In this paper,it is described the work principle and total structure and design of the laser-scanned measuring for the diameter.The factors affecting stability and accuracy of the system and reliexing methods are discussed.The system had many features such as high speed,high accuracy,untouched measuring and closed-loop control.The system is used on-line measuring and control of diameter measure.
