摘 要:目的:观察神经干细胞移植后对脊髓损伤大鼠轴浆运输功能的作用。方法:30只Wistar大鼠,分为半切洞损伤组、D-Hanks液对照组和神经干细胞移植治疗组。于伤后2、4、8周行损伤上段脊髓HRP逆行示踪并记数及伤侧腓肠肌胆碱酯酶染色。结果:移植组在4、8周时HRP阳性神经元的个数较损伤明显增多。运动终板的形态基本正常。而两损伤组则严重退变,甚至消失。结论:神经干细胞移植到损伤脊髓组织后能较好地恢复其轴浆运输功能并对下肢运动终板有一定的保护作用。Objective:To observe the effects of neural stem cells transplantation on spinal cord injury in rats. Method:Thirty Wistar rats were respectively divided into three groups: semi-cut cavity injured group, D-Hanks control group and neural stem cells transplant group. HRP tracing,counting and AchE staining was carried out at 2nd ,4th and 8th week. Result:With HRP staining, the positive neurons in upper region of injured spinal cord in tranplanted groups were much more than the control group at 4th, 8th week of transplantation. By staining with AchE, it was observed that the morphology of motor end-plate was nearly normal in transplant group and was degenerated or disappeared in injured group. Conclusion:The neural stem cells transplanted into the injured spinal cord can resume the function of axon-plasma transporting and have protective effects on motor end-plate
