摘　　要：简述了MGB浆体泵自动控制系统中定时控制、定容积控制和反馈控制的各自特点。通过分析比较及现场使用表明 ,采用反馈控制方法实现的MGB浆体泵自动控制系统 ,使用效果最佳 ,它不但很好地解决了流量不匹配所引起的累计误差 ,还降低了使用成本 ,提高了设备运行的安全性和可靠性。介绍了可编程控制器在MGB浆体泵自动控制中的应用情况 。The features of fixed time control, fixed volume control and backfeed control of the automatic control system of MGB pulp pump are briefly described. Analytic comparision and on-site application show that the automatic control system realized by backfeed control method has the best result. It can not only solve the problem of accumulated error due to unmatched flowrate, but also reduce the operation cost and raise the safety and reliability of the pump operation. The application of programmable controller in the automatic control of MGB pulp pump is presented, which has raised the automatic control level of the whole pump to a new bench.
