摘　　要：概述了城市防灾信息系统的构成,简要介绍了总控模块在防灾系统中的作用,阐述了总控模块在系统中对各子系统的调度、协调、监控、传递信息以及交换数据等功能。并提出了构建总控模块所应包含的内容。In this paper, the framework of city disaster prevention information system is simply described. The usage and the functions of central control model in disaster prevention information system are simply introduced. Moreover, the content of the construction of the central control model is proposed.
