摘  要:文中对皇竹草KP AQ浆的CEpH漂白条件、漂白浆特性及其打浆性能进行了研究 ,并与芦苇浆作了比较。实验结果表明 ,皇竹草浆CEpH漂白较佳条件为 :总用氯量 1 1 % ,C、H段用氯比为7∶3 ;E段H2 O2 用量 1 3 % ,漂白浆得率 89 4% ,白度 84 9%ISO ,返黄值 2 5 ,粘度 863mL/g,卡伯值1 7;打浆度为 41~ 42°SR时 ,皇竹草漂白浆主要物理指标为 :紧度 0 58g/cm3,耐破指数 2 92kPa·m2 /g ,耐折度 1 6次 ,撕裂度指数 8 1 6mN·m2 /g ,裂断长 40 70m ;皇竹草漂白浆白度、得率、返黄值、卡伯值等综合性能优于芦苇浆 ,粘度低于芦苇浆 ;芦苇浆比皇竹草浆更易打浆 ;芦苇漂白浆强度指数稍高于皇竹草浆。The optimum CEpH bleaching conditions,and the bleaching characteristics of KP-AQ pulps of both Hybrid Giant Napier (HGN) and reed,the physical strength of the bleached pulps were studied. The results indicated that the optimum bleaching conditions for HGN pulp were: total effective chorine charge 11% (all based on o.d. pulp),which was distributed in a ratio of 7∶3 to the C and H stages,and H 2O 2 charge 1.3%; the characteristics of the bleached HGN pulp were: yield 89.4%,brightness 84.9% ISO,p.c. number 2.5,viscosity 863 mL/g and kappa number 1.7; the physical strength data of the bleached HGN pulp with beating degree of 41~42 °SR were: burst index 2.92 kPa·m2/g,density 0.58 g/cm3,folding endurance 16 times,tear index 8.16 mN·m2/g,and breaking length 4070m; the characteristics of bleached KP-AQ of HGN in terms of brightness,yield,kappa number and p.c. number were superior to the corresponding bleached reed pulp. However,the bleached reed pulp was slightly higher in viscosity,easier to beat,and had somewhat physical strength in the same beating degree.
