摘 要:设计并合成了系列高分子表面活性剂 ,应用它们制备了高效低泡型分散松香胶和中性分散松香胶。实验结果表明 ,苯乙烯和丙烯酰胺及其衍生物的共聚物可用作分散松香胶的乳化剂 ,HBL值可作为确定共聚物的单体比例的依据。由高分子表面活性剂制得的分散松香胶的发泡性比低分子表面活性剂制得的分散松香胶的约小 30 %。在添加 1 5%碳酸钙的情况下 ,研制的中性分散松香胶的性能达到日本同类产品水平。The polymeric surfactants were designed,synthesized and applied to prepare the dispersed rosin emulsions with low foam and high efficiency and the neutral dispersed rosin emulsions. The results showed that the copolymers prepared from styrene,acrylamide and their derivatives were the suitable emulsifiers for the dispersed rosin emulsions. The HBL values can be used as a design basis to determine the monomer ratios in the copolymers. The foam of the dispersed rosin emulsions made from the polymeric surfactants was 30% less than that from the conventional surfactants. The neutral dispersed rosin emulsions behaved as well as the rosin emulsion made in Japan in the presence of calcium carbonate.
