摘　　要：D600B喷嘴加强环是东方汽轮机厂引进国外某公司超临界机组和超超临界机组高中压通流的重要结构。该喷嘴加强环的本体材料为2Cr12NiMo1W1V,强度值为760MPa,硬度值为HB291～321,由于结构复杂、材料难加工给机械加工工艺方案的设计和如何实现其经济高效加工留下了一个很大的难题,解决该喷嘴加强环的加工难题是实现600MW机组国产化的关键项目之一。文章详细介绍了600MW汽轮机喷嘴加强环数控加工过程中的主要技术难点及解决方法。D600B nozzle reinforcing ring is the important structure of high-in termediate-pressure steam path of super-critical and ultra-super-critical un it which are imported from Foreign Corporation by DFSTW.Nozzle reinforcing ring is the important path where high temperature &high-pressure steam enter into t he circulation of heat.The material of nozzle reinforcing ring is 2Cr12NiMo1W1V, strength is 760MPa and hardness is HB 291～321.It brings a difficult problem on the designing of Machining Technological Scheme and how to realize the economica l and high-effective machining due to its complicated structure and material th at hard to be machined.To solve the problem of machining of nozzle reinforcing r ing is one of the key projects of realizing the nationalization of 600MW unit.It introduces the main technical difficulty and solving method during the NC machi ning of nozzle reinforcing ring of 600MW turbine.
