鼓室成形及乳突根治术后患者的出院健康教育

摘　　要：本文回顾性地分析和总结了86例(89耳)鼓室成形及乳突根治术后患者的出院健康教育内容,包括保持良好的咽鼓管功能,防止术部继发感染,饮食指导以及针对不同手术类型患者的分类指导,通过术后随访,患者鼓膜再穿孔率及移植听骨脱出率明显降低,乳突根治术后患者的干耳率显著提高。The paper retrospectively analyzed and summarized the content of leaving hospital health education on patients after tympanoplasty and radical mastoidectomy, including: keeping good function of auditory tube, preventing infection of operative position, diet guidance and classified guidance aiming at patients undergoing different type of operation. According to follow-up, the rate of tympanum perforation and the rate of auditory ossicles's breaking away were lower significantly, and the dry ear rate of patients after radical mastoidectomy was improved remarkably.
