摘  要:为了解决低变106DC频繁泄漏的问题,对其失效原因进行了应力核算和综合分析,分析106DC失效的主要原因是:换热面积设计过大;换热管与壳体材料线膨胀系数差别大换热管压应力较高。采用了工艺调整和大面积堵管的方法维持设备运行,最终采用了减小换热器面积和U型管换热器更新该设备。In order to solve the problems of 106DC frequent leakage, stress calculation and extensive analysis were conducted. The reasons for 106DC failure was because the excessive design area and large liner expansion factor deferential between heat exchanger pipeline material and shell material, and that caused the higher pipeline press stress. In order to keep the equipment running, process operation adjustment and extensive pipeline repair were conducted, and ultimately reduced the heat exchange area and change the equipment with U type heat exchanger.
