摘　　要：科学正确的评价是研究和解决中心商业区交通问题的前提,本文提出"中心商业区交通服务水平"概念,建立了综合评价指标体系,并指出了适用于中心商业区交通评价的理论模型。以期正确客观地对现状和规划方案进行评价,从而提高规划建设的科学性。A scientific evaluation is the precondition for studying and resolving the problems in central commercial district. In order to evaluate the status and planning scheme more rationally, the article presents a conception of 'standard of traffic service in central commercial district', sets up an index system for comprehensive evaluation, and points out theoretical model which is appropriate for the evaluation of traffic.
