摘  要:综述了自组装单分子膜技术的研究现状。自组装单分子膜技术就是活性分子或原子通过化学键自发在基底上形成有序单分子膜的过程。自组装膜堆积紧密、结构稳定,对基底金属具有良好的防腐蚀作用。介绍了几种常见的自组装体系。用于抑制腐蚀的自组装膜的表征方法主要有电化学方法、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及扫描隧道电子显微镜(STM)等。对自组装技术取得的成果及存在的问题进行了分析,并预测了其以后的发展方向。This paper summarize the present research conditions of the technology of self-assembled monolayers. The technology of self-assembled monolayers is that active molecules or atoms are formed ordered monolayers on substrate spontaneously through chemical bonds. They can protect metals from corrosion because of their densely packed and stable structures. Some common self-assembled systems are also introduced. SAMs in prohibiting metal corrosion are analyzed with electrochemical methods,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Scanning tunnel microscope,et al.The research results and some problems of self-assembled monolayers are analyzed in this paper. The development of this technology in the future is also predicted.
