摘　　要：　建立了用薄层扫描法测定整肠颗粒中秦皮甲素含量的方法。以正丁醇 氯仿 甲苯 甲酸(8∶1∶1∶1,V/V)为展开剂,激发波长为336nm,秦皮甲素的线性范围为48.25～965.0ng/mL,回归方程A=10.4359C-101.4659,r=0.9992(n=7),平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.8%。本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为整肠颗粒的质量控制方法之一。A method of determining the content of aesculin in Zhengchang granules by TLC was established. With the mobile phase of n-butanol-chloroform-toluene-formic acid (8∶1∶1∶1,V/V) at 336 nm, aesculin showed a good liner relationship in the concentration range of 48.25 ～ 965.0 ng/mL,regression equation of A=10.435 9C-(101.465 9),with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 2. The mean recovery was 96.6%,and RSD was 1.8%.The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
