摘　　要：　应用60Co辐射灭菌法配制的胰酶溶液与常规过滤法配制的胰酶溶液消化犊牛睾丸组织和原代睾丸细胞,通过对比消化时间和获得的细胞数量,证实以200万拉德(rad)辐射处理的胰酶灭菌效果可靠,胰酶的消化活性不受影响。The trypsin was sterilized by eradiating with^(60)Co or by filtration and then trypsin working solution was prepared. The calf testicle cell culture and these primary cells culture were digested with this two kinds of trypsin solutions. The results showed that the disinfect effects of the trypsin sterilized with 2 million rad of eradiation with^(60)Co was credible, and the activity of the trypsin was not affected.
