从形态学角度观察鼻敏片对豚鼠变应性鼻炎的影响

摘　　要：目的观察鼻敏片对豚鼠变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜形态学的影响,探讨其治疗机制。方法以甲苯2,4-二异氰酸酯为致敏原,对豚鼠行鼻内给药法建立鼻超敏反应模型,以息斯敏为对照药,对鼻粘膜形态学进行观察。结果鼻敏片能减轻鼻部流涕、喷嚏等症状,抑制炎症细胞的聚集,促进鼻黏膜修复,药效较息斯敏持久。结论鼻敏片能有效治疗变应性鼻炎。Objective To investigate the effect of Bimin tablet on morphological changes of the nasal mucosa of guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis. Methods Toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) was used intranasally as allergen to induce guinea pigs models with hypersensitivity and Xisimin was used as the positive control. The morphological changes of the nasal mucosa in guinea pigs were observed. Results Bimin tablet could reduce the symptoms such as nasal discharge and sneezing, inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration and promote the restoration of the nasal mucosa. The effect of Bimin tablet lasted a longer time than that of Xisimin. Conclusion Bimin tablet is effective in treating allergic rhinitis.
