蒙药复方丹参溶液在大鼠肢体缺血-再灌注多脏器损伤中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙药复方丹参溶液在大鼠肢体缺血-再灌注多脏器(骨骼肌、肝脏、肺脏)损伤中的作用。方法:实验分三组:对照组、肢体缺血-再灌注损伤(LIR)组、治疗组(复方丹参溶液+LIR),每组10只。LIR组和治疗组用血管夹夹闭双侧股动脉、股静脉4小时,去除血管夹恢复血流2小时。治疗组复制动物模型前蒙药复方丹参溶液灌胃10天,0.3mI.100g-1.day-1,对照组和LIR组灌服等量生理盐水。实验末测白细胞数、淋巴细胞数,SOD活力,MDA含量,取右下肢腓肠肌、肝右叶、右肺尖部组织进行组织病理学观察。结果:治疗组与LIR组比较,白细胞数下降,淋巴细胞数明显增加,(P<0.05)。SOD活力增加,MDA含量降低(P<0.05);骨骼肌、肝、肺组织的病变程度总体较LIR组轻。结论:蒙药复方丹参溶液可有效减轻大鼠肢体缺血-再灌注多脏器损伤作用。Aim: This article reported the experimental result of 30 rats used as animal models for observing protective role of Meng drug compound Rodlx salvia miltiorrhiza preparation on theorgans ( skeletal museles , lung and live) injury after ischemia /reperfusion of hind limbs. Methods: The rats were randomized into controlgroup , ischemia / reperfusion of hind limbs (LIR) group, treatment grouprats were taken false operation . Other two groups rats formed the ischemia of hind limbs form arteria femoralis and vena femoralisocclusion by splint for 4 hour , then relaxation 2 hour to give reperfusion.The treatment group rats were replication animal model after bfeng drugcompound Rodix salvia miltiorrhiza preparation oral 10 days(0. 3ml . 100g-1. day-1); control group and LTR group oral NS . In the experimental end The blood leukocyte (WBC) . lymphocyte (LC) . SOD vitality and MDA content were determined . At the same time ,pathological section of skeletal museles . lung. live tissue were observed .Rusults: In cure group The valaes of WBC were significantly decreased and The values of LC were obviously higher then that of LTR group (p<0. 05 ) ;SOD vitality were significantly increased and MDA content were decreased(p<0. 05 ) . The injury of pathological section of skeletal museles . lung.live tissue were abatement compared v/ith the LIR group. Conclusion: The findings indicated Meng drug compound Rodix salvia miltiorrhiza preparation can alleviate the organs ( skeletal museles, lung. and live)injury after ischemia / reperfusion of hind limbs in the rats.
