摘　　要：目的　探讨格雷夫斯病 (Graves′disease ,GD)患者血清瘦素水平 ,分析瘦素与垂体 -甲状腺轴的关系。方法　初诊的GD病患者 5 3例 ,正常对照 4 1例 ,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测两组的血清瘦素水平并作比较 ,同时与甲状腺功能作相关分析。结果　①GD病患者血清瘦素水平与正常对照差异无统计学意义 ;②无论病例组还是对照组 ,女性血清瘦素水平均明显高于男性 ;③两组瘦素水平与甲状腺功能不相关 ,只与体质量指数相关。结论　GD患者不伴有血清瘦素水平改变 ,升高的甲状腺激素水平对瘦素无影响。Objective To investigate the changes of serum leptin levels in Graves disease and study the relationship between leptin and pituitary-thyroid axis.Methods Leptin levels were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 53 Graves disease patients and 41 normal controls.Correlation between leptin and thyroid function was analyzed.Results ① The leptin levels in Graves disease were the same with those in controls; ② In either group,the leptin levels were higher in females than in males; ③ The leptin levels had no correlation with thyroid function but had positive correlation with body mass index.Conclusion There were no changes of leptin levels in Graves disease.Hyperthyroid function had no influence on leptin levels.
