摘　　要：分析了我国图书馆参考咨询工作现状及图书馆馆员素质状况,阐述了图书馆馆员应具备的素质和能力以及培养参考馆员的途径,并对建立健全我国图书馆参考馆员管理制度提出了建议。This paper analyzes the present situation of the reference and consu ltancy work of our country's library and the quality situation of our country's librarians, expounds the qualities and abilities that the librarians should poss ess, points out some ways for training the reference librarians, and puts forwar d some suggestions about establishing and perfecting the management system for t he reference librarians of our country's library.
