摘  要:为了研究循环流化床锅炉的粒子循环规律,通过建立循环的数学模型,导出有关循环倍率、可燃粒子循环次数、剩余可燃物、飞灰未完全燃烧热损失、飞灰量、灰浓度系数、灰粒子循环次数等计算式,从而得出以下重要结论:在一定条件下循环倍率在数值上仅与分离器效率有关;剩余可燃物随着循环次数的增加成几何级数下降;对于一般的燃料,可燃粒子仅需少数几次循环即可基本燃尽;过高的循环倍率不利于燃烧工况的稳定;灰浓度系数在数值上仅与分离器效率有关。With the purpose of studying the rules that govern the circulation of particles within circulating fluidized bed boilers, by way of establishing mathematical models of circulation, formulae are derived for calculating the circulation rate, times of circulation of combustible particles, the residual combustibles, losses due to fly ash that hasn't burned out, fly ash quantity, coefficient of ash concentration, circulation rate of ash particles etc. with which the following important conclusions are arrived at: under certain conditions the circulation rate is, numerically, only dependent on the separator efficiency; the amount of residual combustibles reduces in a geometrical progression with increasing times of circulation; in case of common fuel, combustible particles may basically get burnt out after a few times of circulation; too high a circulation rate isn't favorable for stabilizing combustion; the ash concentration coefficient is, numerically, only dependent on the efficiency of the separator.
